Dave's Actual Birthday

Dave's actual birthday fell on a Tuesday, and the following Wednesday happened to be election day in Korea, so it was a school holiday. Dave decided to celebrate by coming out to our neck of the woods for a little dinner and some Wii.
We are exceptional hosts.

We had this banner custom made on recycled Homeplus receipts.

Blowing out the candles on the Baskin Robbins
Ice cream cake we bought for him.

Since her birthday was so close,
we let Teresa think we were celebrating her birthday too...

It was a delicious cake.
The two flavors were Almond Bon-Bon and Cherries Jubilee.
We managed to devour it in a matter of minutes.

Then the Wii playing began...

After a little Wii, we remembered that the basketball uniforms everyone bought in Thailand were in Andrew's closet, so we suited up!
Poor Amy was the only one without a uniform.

Not sure what's happening here

'Sprinting' the gauntlet

Stretching before showing everyone 'how it's done.'

This is an adding game.
You have to swing your hips
toward the
numbers to make them add up to 10.

Amy's turn

Check out that hip swing!

Korey was really trying here...

Self-timer shots from on top of the TV Please note: These are the only ones that Judy is awake for.
Here, she is asleep sitting up...

...and here she is completely reclined!
