A really cool thing about most Korean fish markets is that many have a second level or an additional section to them that's filled with BYOSeafood restaurants where, for a nominal fee, they will prepare the fresh seafood you just purchased. All last year we planned on doing it at the famous fish market in Busan, but never got around to it. After exploring the Noryangjin fish market and discovering it's restaurant section, we decided we were actually going to have a meal there, and not just talk about it. To help, we employed our Korean friends Jin & Heeji. Jin grew up near the market and has an unhealthy love for crab, so we knew we would be in good hands.
One Sunday afternoon near the end of November, we met them at the market to have our first fish market feast!
